Q. When to file for bankruptcy?

A. Here are a few reasons why you may consider filing for bankruptcy:

Q. How to file for bankruptcy?

A. You will need to compile certain information specified by our Bankruptcy Attorney and she will file your petition based on the information you provide and your credit history. The information requested by our Attorney is generally bank statements, paystubs, tax returns, notices, and a completed questionnaire.

Q. Why should I set up a consultation? How do I set up the consultation?

A. During the consultation we discuss other your options and whether bankruptcy is right for you based on your unique situation. You may set up an in person or telephone consultation. You may either call 704-461-1883 or go online to schedule your initial meeting with our Bankruptcy Attorney.

A. We evaluate your assets/income/debts/ tax issues/ monthly budget during a sixty (60) minute confidential consultation. If you decide to the file the nominal consult fee goes toward our cost for pulling an extensive three (3) source all in one credit report.

Q. What do I do After Bankruptcy?
